The Ethernet Cable is a cable that allows the connection of two Ethernet capable units to be connected.Shared InformationGPS – Waypoints, routes, tracks and position. You cannot share mappingAuxiliary TemperatureAuxiliary SpeedSonarUnits can only share information on sonar from the lowest featured model and only like frequencies. Below are examples of what will not share. See the Specs section for detailed information.Side Imaging sonar will not share Side Imaging sonar/views with a non-side imaging unit.Example: 1198c SIwith an 858c. It will only share standard 2D sonar.Down Imaging sonar from a Side Imaging unit will not share with a Down Imaging unit.Example: 1198c SIwith a 788ci HD DI. It willNOT evenshare standard 2D sonar.Down Imaging sonar from a Down Imaging unit will not share with a standard sonar unit:Example: 788ci HD DI with a 788ci HD. It willNOT evenshare standard 2D sonar.Down Imaging sonar from a Down Imaging unit will not share with a Side Imaging unit:Example: 788ci HD DI with an 1198c SI. It will NOT even share standard 2D sonar. What will share?Side Imaging and Down Imagingsonar from a Side Imaging unit will share Side Imaging and Down Imagingsonar with another Side Imaging unit.Example: 1198c SI with a 998c SI,an 898c SI or a 798ci SI.Down Imaging sonar from aDown Imaging unit will share Down Imaging sonar with another Down Imaging unit.Example: 788ci HD DI will share with another 788ci HD DI.For Use with1157c1158c1158c DI1197c SI1198c SI778c HD788ci HD788ci HD DI798ci HD SI858c858c HD858c DI858c HD DI898c SI898c HD SI958c958c HD958c DI958c HD DI998c SI998c HD SICable DetailsPrimary Unit – 1198 1197, 998, 898Side ImagingDown Imaging2D Sonar1198cYYY1197cYYY1158cNNY1158c DINNN1157cNNY998c& 998c HDYYY958c& 958c HDNNY958c DI & 958c HD DINNN898c &898c HDYYY858c& 858c HDNNY858c DI & 858c HD DINNN798c HDYYY788ci HD DINNN788ci HDNNY778c HDNNYPrimary Unit – 788ci HD DI, 858c DI, 958c DI, 1158c DI1198cNNN1197cNNN1158cNNN1158c DINYY1157cNNN998c SI & 998c HD SINNN958c & 958c HDNNN958c DI & 958c HD DINYY898cSI & 898c HD SINNN858c& 858c HDNNN858c DI & 858c HD DINYY798cNNN788ci HD DINYY788ci HDNNN778c HDNNN
